Bad Breath Remedies - What Really Works

Other bad breath remedies include making your own toothpaste by mixing hydrogen peroxide with baking soda. This mixture not only attacks the bad breath problem, it also helps whiten your teeth.

One last tip about bad breath remedies - you should avoid commercially made mouthwashes. Most have alcohol in them, which actually makes your mouth dry and rather than helping, can actually make your bad breath problem even worse.
